Moxie Tech ("we", "us") is an authorized Zoho implementation partner based in South Africa. This policy explains how we collect, use and protect your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
Information we collect
When you submit our contact form we collect your name, surname, email address and company, which are required. Your mobile number, the product you are interested in and your message ("What problem are you trying to solve?") are optional. We may also collect basic analytics data about how visitors use the site.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your enquiry, scope potential work, and follow up about our Zoho implementation services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Where it goes
Contact submissions are sent to our team by email and stored in our customer relationship management system (Zoho CRM) so we can manage your enquiry.
Advertising and cookies
We use Google Ads to advertise our services. When you visit our website, Google places cookies that let us measure whether someone who clicked one of our ads went on to submit our contact form. This helps us understand which ads are useful and avoid spending on ones that are not. Google processes this information under its own privacy policy. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time; our contact form will still work.
Data retention
We keep your information only as long as needed to serve your enquiry and meet our legal and business obligations.
Your rights under POPIA
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may object to its processing. To do so, contact us at compliance@moxietech.co.za.
